set This is the libtomcrypt:std metapackage. It pulls in all subpackages of libtomcrypt:std.
primary LibTomCrypt is a portable ANSI C cryptographic library that supports symmetric ciphers, one-way hashes, pseudo-random number generators, public key cryptography (via RSA,DH or ECC/DH) and a plethora of support routines.
dev This is the developer subpackage of the libtomcrypt:std port. It may contain headers, pc files, static and PIC libraries and SO links.
