set This is the lame:std metapackage. It pulls in all subpackages of lame:std.
primary LAME is a high quality MPEG Audio Layer III (MP3) encoder licensed under the LGPL. Both in terms of quality and speed it is able to rival state of the art commercial encoders.
dev This is the developer subpackage of the lame:std port. It may contain headers, pc files, static and PIC libraries and SO links.
