set This is the nspr:std metapackage. It pulls in all subpackages of nspr:std.
primary Netscape Portable Runtime (NSPR) provides a platform-neutral API for system level and libc like functions. The API is used in the Mozilla client, many of Netscape/AOL/iPlanet's and other software offerings.
dev This is the developer subpackage of the nspr:std port. It may contain headers, pc files, static and PIC libraries and SO links.
Configuration Switches (platform-specific settings discarded)
